Banana, Berry and Ginger Smoothie

Delicious and refreshing, and a surprisingly filling breakfast (plus penance for a one too many glasses of wine the night before...) the ginger gives a lovely spicy twist at the end.



For 2 tumblers of smoothie;

2 ripe bananas
~100g mixed frozen red berries
A dash of milk
1/2 teaspoon of fresh root ginger, peeled and crushed/diced
2 tbsp elderflower cordial

Blend it all up, taste and adjust to preference.
