Although I'm in the "yes" camp on cottage cheese, I know it isn't perfect and isn't one of those instant mouth watering foods. But tight budgets (and tight jeans...) draw me to it as an easy lunchbox option, so how can we make this more delicious?

Just stir in a bit of salt and fat, of course (I'll just buy new jeans...)
